Bio

I have been a teacher since 2005, and I've taught middle school math and science since 2017. I love the outdoors. My husband and I enjoy cycling, hiking, walking with my dog, kayaking. I also love to read. When I was young, my favorites were the Chronicles of Narnia and Little House on the Prairie.

 

I anticipate a great year of discovering how the world works and finding the patterns in it. We will also use our creative juices to design, evaluate, and problem solve with others. You should know that I have a passion for science, and I love to stir up the curiosity in young people and teach them how to observe carefully, record data, and evaluate and present their findings.
