Some favorite volunteer opportunities are listed below, but this is by no means an all inclusive list. If you would like to volunteer, please ask your child's teacher if there is anything you can do.

 

We are also looking for volunteers with expertise in different areas. For example, we've been able to use licensed electricians, tree trimmers, contractors, heavy equipment operators, law enforcement officials, and medical professionals for volunteer opportunities which required expertise in these areas. Let us know what you might want to help with!

 

Most Common Volunteer Opportunities: 

 

• assisting teacher in the classroom

• parent club

• tutoring students one-to-one, or in small groups

• reading with a child

• helping in the library

• helping with science night, fall carnival, art night, parent bingo, and other school events

• design and build costumes for class plays

• field trips

• make copies for your child's teacher

• assist staff with campus beautification
