can you tell us why Project Lead the Way It Is invested in this approach and what are the benefits of this approach over other personal learning methods inspires them and ways that traditional learning doesn't the Project Lead the Way team has really shown that this final Connection in this journey of elementary school kids young get him engaged inquisitive whether they're boys girls whatever it is and then Adam go through the Journey I see people like Project Lead the Way and very important and instrumental in building the pipeline for us we looked externally to try to find the best partner out there to help us to make a positive impact we discovered Project Lead the Way I've been a great relationship for us we've been very very impressed by both the quality of of the materials and the training that they're able to provide so we made a big investment it's .1 million dollars of our three-year. And we're sponsoring ultimately over 100 high schools what has made a success to see implementation of Project Lead the Way in the engineering curriculum in the biomedical find this program students actually apply math and science favorite horses by far like I look forward to going to his classes in science at an early age feel tw's really doing something about this problem
